Telefonica will conclude talks with Telecom Italia to buy its German subsidiary Hansenet within days. The value of the transaction will range between EUR 900 million and EUR 1 billion, El Economista reports, citing sources close to the deal. In a press conference in Seville, Julio Linares, Telefonica CEO said negotiations with HanseNet are in the final stages. However, the companies still have to agree on the price, an issue "which is usually the hardest to resolve in any situation", said Linares.
