Belgian cable network operator Telenet will apply for a stock market quotation (Euronext Brussels) in the first half of October, reports Belgian newspaper De Tijd. The board has agreed to this. The Belgian banks KBC, Dexia en Petercam will lead the operation in co-operation with five foreign financial institutions. Telenet wants to make EUR 1 billion and wants to use this money to reduce its debts.
