Telenor reaches 97.87% of DNA, starts mandatory buyout

Finnish operator DNA said that Telenor Finland has announced the final results of its tender offer for shares in DNA, saying it reached 43.84 percent. Along with the shares original bought from Finda and PHP on 21 August, Telenor now has approximately 97.87 percent and has begun mandatory redemption proceedings for the outstanding shares.
