Cesky Telecom has been informed by its minority shareholder Telsource, a joint venture between KPN and Swisscom that Telsource intends to make an international offering of its 27% shareholding in Cesky Telecom. The company has requested the Board of Directors of Cesky Telecom to convene an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders. The agenda of the Extraordinary General Meeting shall include approval of the provision of information and co-operation for the purposes of the facilitation of the sale of shares in Cesky Telecom held by Telsource and approval of the amendment of the Articles of Association related to this transaction.
