
Telstra to set up 18,000-strong customer panel for feedback

Telstra is inviting its customers to join a new panel providing advice on how it can improve the customer experience. The new online panel, 'My Telstra Experience', will see up to 18,000 customers regularly telling the company what they think of their Telstra experiences and where the company needs to lift its game on service. The company also said it would not be an 'online black hole' but that it would let panellists know what it is doing as a result of the feedback. The panel is expected to start in 2010. The move is part of Telstra's recently announced organisational change, which also includes an increased focus on customer service.
