Tesla is in talks with the music industry about creating its own streaming music service, writes Recode.net citing music industry sources. By doing so, Tesla said it wants to offer customers access to music they want from whatever service they like. Tesla had talks with all the major labels about licensing a proprietary music service that would be bundled with its cars. Tesla is interested in offering multiple tiers of service, including a Pandora-like web radio offering.
