British wireless broadband network operator The Cloud has formed a strategic alliance with O2 UK. The Cloud has developed and shipped a comprehensive WLAN offering for O2's next-generation mobile business solution. The offering includes support for innovative and multiple authentication options, the hosting of major service platforms, the supply of WLAN access over nearly 5,000 sites, and the integration of 3rd-party networks. The installation is the first by The Cloud Carrier Services (CCS), a full service platform for the development and operation of wireless broadband services.
