Orange France has signed a deal to allow The Phone House, part of the Carphone Warehouse chain, access to its network. The move was expected, as Carphone Warehouse earlier announced it was interested in setting up an MVNO in France. The Phone House will provide French users with their second mobile virtual network operator, or MVNO, after debitel is offering mobile services over the SFR network for a month now. "An agreement was signed between Orange France and The Phone House for an MVNO contract in France," a France Telecom spokesman said to Reuters.
