TK Telekom to go up for sale on 12 September
Polish Railways (PKP) will publish on 12 September the invitation to tender for the purchase of TK Telekom, reports Rpkom.pl. According to Maria Wasiak, president of PKP, TK Telekom should be sold in the first quarter of 2012. TK Telekom provides services mainly for other operators and PKP group. It has 6,000km of fibre and 22,000km of copper lines. In 2010 TK Telekom reached PLN 263 million revenues, EBITDA of PLN 70 million and PLN 3.8 million net profit. The company targets this year revenues of PLN 282 million, EBITDA of PLN 80.5 million and net profit of PLN 10 million. PKP did not say how much it expects to obtain for TK Telekom shares.
