Telecom regulator OPTA released a research report about transparency in the Dutch telecom market. The report says that although consumers and businesses are satisfied, the telecom operators are not very open about the information needed to compare different services. When people are willing to compare and identify the best deal, they find a rather intangible package of information about services, prices, quality information and conditions.
