Twitter receives 800,000 complaints in Germany in H2

Twitter said in its transparency report that it has received 798,161 complaints in Germany during the period July-December 2019. In 134,007 of these, the company decided to eliminate the messages from the platform, either because of a violation of its general terms and conditions, or because of a violation of the Network Enforcement Act (NetzDG).
