Ukrtelecom gets new CEO from Life:)
Ukrainian national operator Ukrtelecom has appointed Alexander Barinov the new CEO. He comes from the mobile operator Astelit, working under the Life:) Ukraine brand, where he was CEO. He earlier worked as vice-president for sales at Russian mobile operator Vimpelcom. Barinov replaces Lasha Mykava at Ukrtelecom, who will work as advisor on telecommunications at SKM, the controlling shareholder of Ukrtelecom.

Alexander Barinov, the managing director of the mobile operator Life:) Ukraine, has decided to leave the company after the expiry of his three-year contract. Erdal Yayla, the CFO of the operator, will serve as acting CEO while the operator searches for a new CEO.
