United Internet, 1&1 Drillisch confirm lower dividend to pay for 5G spectrum

German operator United Internet and its subsidiary 1&1 Drillisch have proposed each a dividend of EUR 0.05 per share at the annual shareholders meetings. The proposal is a precautionary measure to ensure that the necessary additional investments can be made if Drillisch successfully acquires frequencies by the end of the 5G auction, the companies said.
