Unitymedia to launch up to 120 Mbps cable broadband
German cable network operator Unitymedia will launch an up to 120 Mbps flat-rate broadband service for cable customers in Cologne and Aachen on 02 November. The service will support upload speeds of up to 5 Mbps. Unitymedia has installed EuroDocsis 3.0 technology in its cable network to support the new high speed. Technical details and pricing for the new Unity3play 120,000 service will be announced at launch.
