VHA to buy back outsourced Vodafone-branded stores

Vodafone Hutchison Australia (VHA) plans to invest almost AUD 80 million to directly control a number of outsourced Vodafone-branded stores. For the last six years, Vodafone outsourced management of 208 Vodafone outlets to Digicall, First Mobile, Inside Mobile and GSM. Following the merger with Hutchison Australia, Vodafone will now bring the management for these stores back in-house, The Australian reports citing a VHA spokesperson. The 3-branded stores are already managed in-house and are not affected by the buyback.
