Virgin Mobile has launched a new Family Plan in the UK, available exclusively to Virgin Media customers who also subscribe to a broadband or TV service.
The new Family Plan provides one account for multiple SIMs, helping families manage their mobile bills. Customers can add up to five mobile plans onto the account, and will get a GBP 2 monthly discount for every eligible additional SIM taken after the first. This could amount to a saving of up to GBP 96 a year.
The main account holder will be able to view each individual plan, managing device and data usage, and get an overview of what it being spent across the account through the My Virgin Mobile app. Other Family Plan members can view their own individual usage and allowances via the app.
The multi-SIM plan also includes F-Secure online security features on up to five devices at no cost for 12 months (normally worth GBP 79.99), and then GBP 25 a year thereafter for Virgin Media customers.
