Vivendi completes sale of 85% of Activision for USD 8.2 bln

Tuesday 15 October 2013 | 08:55 CET | News
Vivendi has completed the sale of over 85 percent of videogame company Activision Blizzard for USD 8.2 billion in cash. The divestment provides Vivendi with greater financial flexibility at a time when it is studying a demerger plan to create significant shareholder value.
