Vivendi puts money raised by EUR 2.1 bln offering towards acquisition of M7

Vivendi said it has successfully placed a EUR 2.1 billion bond offering consisting of three tranches, with maturities of 3, 6 and 9.5 years, respectively. The money raised will go towards the proposed acquisition of M7.
