Vodacom Q3 revenue advances 8.7% to ZAR 21.71 bln

Vodacom Group revenue rose by 8.7 percent to ZAR 21.74 billion for the third quarter to end December, with service revenue up 8.9 percent to ZAR 17.22 billion. Data revenue increased 27.5 percent to ZAR 5.52 billion, representing 32.0 percent of service revenue. The number of active customers increased by 6.8 percent to 65.2 million while the number of active data customers grew 14.5 percent to 30.3 million.
