Vodafone Australia launches Red smartphone plans
Vodafone Australia has launched its new "Red" postpaid plans. The plans come in AUD 65, 80, and 100 versions and include unlimited standard national calls, and unlimited local and international texts, with data quotas of 1.5, 2.5, and 5 GB per month. Vodafone also offers Red Sim-only plans for AUD 15 cheaper than the postpaid plans. Furthermore, Red customers can use their plans for an extra AUD 5 per day in the US, UK, and New Zealand and additional data packs can also be tacked on.

Vodafone starts pre-sale offer for Note 3, Galaxy Gear

Vodafone Australia is offering a discount for customers who pre-order the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and Galaxy Gear before the devices hit stores on 3 October. The Galaxy Note 3 will be available for AUD 10 a month on a AUD 65 Red Plan, while the Galaxy Note 3 and Galaxy Gear bundle will be available for AUD 23 a month on top of the AUD 65 Red Plan. New and existing customers who pre-order the two devices online will save between AUD 8-16 per month on a twelve or 24-month plan.

Vodafone New Zealand has introduced a range of unlimited smartphone plans called Vodafone Red.
