Vodafone, Axia partner on New Zealand fibre bid
Vodafone New Zealand has partnered with Canada-based network operator Axia NetMedia to bid for the New Zealand government's ultra-fast broadband initiative. Axia has built similar networks in Singapore, France and Canada. The government of New Zealand has committed to investing NZD 1.5 billion in the network.
