Vodafone Qatar FY revenue falls 8% to QAR 2.1 bln

Vodafone Qatar posted an 8 percent decline in its revenue to QAR 2.12 billion for the year ended 31 March, hurt by tough price competition, reduced handset sales and lower termination rates. The operator ended the year with 1.55 million mobile customers, an increase of 7 percent compared to March 2015. ARPU increased by 13 percent year-on-year to QAR 107.EBITDA was QAR 401 million for the year, down from QAR 567 million.
