Vodafone to offer Samsung Nexus S
Vodafone announced it will be offering the Nexus S from Google at its operators worldwide. Designed by Samsung, the Nexus S runs the latest version of the Android OS, Gingerbread. Vodafone said the phone will be in shops "soon" and sell in 24 countries worldwide. Further details on pricing and availability from Vodafone were not disclosed. Unveiled in early December, the Nexus S is available already with T-Mobile USA and Carphone Warehouse and Best Buy in the UK.

Vodafone Portugal is inviting customers to pre-register for the Samsung Nexus S smartphone. The Nexus S will be available in Portugal in February. Designed by Samsung, the Nexus S runs the latest version of the Android OS, Gingerbread. Customers can pre-register at the Vodafone Portugal website. Swisscom to offer Google Nexus S from end-February

Swisscom will offer the new Google smartphone Nexus S GT-S9023 based on Android version 2.3 with HSPA and WLAN capabilities from the end of February of this year. The new smartphone has two digital cameras, with the rear side one offering 5 megapixels and an integrated flash. The curved glass, four-inch colour display shows images in the highest quality. The Nexus S price will start at CHF 49 with subscriptions, and without a subscription will cost CHF 799.

Google announced the launch of the Nexus S smartphone in the US. Carphone gets exclusive Samsung Nexus S Christmas deal

Carphone Warehouse will offer the Samsung Nexus S exclusively ahead of Christmas, Mobile Today reported. The device will launch elsewhere at a later date. The device will sell at Carphone Warehouse and at parent Best Buy stores for free with a GBP 35 per month deal, or from GBP 549.95 Sim-free. Both store formats have yet to confirm which networks will carry the handset.
