Xiaomi has officially launches the sale of its devices in Kazakhstan, reports Profit.kz. Company Al-Style has become the manufacturer's official reseller in the country. The devices will be sold in branded MiStore shops, as well as in shops of leading retail chains.
The first MiStore shop has been opened in the city of Almaty; another will open in the city of Astana on 3 March. An online store has also been launched.
Xiaomi will sell smartphones, notebooks, household appliances and other devices in Kazakshtan. Al-Style expects to reach a 10 percent handset market penetration in the country in two years, taking fourth place among brands after Samsung, Apple and LG.
Xiaomi Mi Mix smartphone has been presented in Kazakhstan. Sales of the premium version of the device, powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 2.35 GHz processor, will start soon. The device will cost KZT 240,000.
