Zain Jordan picks Labiba.AI for automated customer service messenger

Zain Jordan has partnered with Labiba.AI to create an automated Messenger service for customer support. Labiba.AI  has introduced a tailored Arabic natural language processing and machine learning software for personalised customer service using a human-like conversation. A built-in handover protocol lets the Messenger pass complex customer requests to a live agent.
