America Movil shareholders approve Telesites spin-off
Shareholders of America Movil approved the company's plans to spin off some of its mobile infrastructure in Mexico into the new company Telesites. America Movil said that holders of 98.2 percent of its shares voted for the plan at the shareholders' meeting. The company will now start the process of spinning off the new assets and setting up Telesites.
