The company confirmed that it will launch the new phones in over 40 more countries on 9 October, including Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Maldives, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Taiwan.
The iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus will be released on 10 October in several more countries, including Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates. Then on 16 October the new smartphones will be made available in India, Malaysia and Turkey. They are due to be on sale in over 130 countries by the end of the year.
