Apple mulls iTunes Android app, new streaming service
Apple is considering launching an iTunes app for Android phones, reports Billboard magazine citing three unnamed sources. These people also said that it had started exploratory talks with senior label executives about possibly launching an on-demand streaming service. The talks are part of a multi-tiered strategy to combat a double-digit fall in US download sales at the iTunes Music Store.
