Apple to unveil new iPhone 10 September - report
Apple is expected to unveil its next iPhone at an event on 10 September, sources familiar with the matter told AllThingsD. The new smartphone is expected to run iOS 7, which the company announced at its developers conference in June. It will likely also come with improvements to the camera and processor and possibly incorporate fingerprint recognition after Apple's takeover of Authentec. Apple is also expected to formally launch the next version of Mac OS X, known as Mavericks, in the coming weeks, though that is not expected at the 10 September event. An Apple representative declined to comment on the timing of any upcoming launches.
