AT&T looking to sell operations in Puerto Rico - report
AT&T has hired a financial advisor for the potential sales of its operations in Puerto Rico, Reuters reported, citing sources familiar with the matter. The company has been looking at different ways to cut its debt, including the sale also of its regional sports networks and selling office space in New York City for USD 2.2 billion. A divestment of its business in Puerto Rico could bring in USD 3 billion and interest is strong, but the sources said it is still possible no deal materializes. 

The operations on the island include internet, TV, landlines and business services. The business has around USD 300 million in 12-month EBITDA, the sources said.
