Dell to sell Microsoft Surface Pro tablet
Microsoft announced new efforts to bring its Surface tablet to enterprise users. As part of its Surface Enterprise Initiative, the company will work with partners such as Dell, HP, Accenture and Avanade on distribution of the Surface tablet and developing customised services for the device. Dell will be the first to sell the Surface Pro, from early October in the US and Canada. The tablet will be offered with Dell's enterprise support and services through its North America commercial sales organization and later in the year on Dell.com/Work. This offering will be rolled out to another 28 markets starting in early 2016. 

Microsoft also announced plans to add new features to Windows 10 for enterprise users. Rolling out this month to Windows Insiders and on track for broader availability later this year are features like Enterprise Data Protection; Microsoft Passport for enterprise which helps business workers securely login to applications, websites and networks without the need for a password; and Windows Store For Business, which delivers business customers a unified Windows app store including a choice of Windows store apps alongside company-owned apps.
