
Prostak led the Market Development operations within the sales management team at Telekom Deutschland’s Wholesale Center in Bonn. Before, he was a senior specialist for controlling in value-added management for large technology cases, also at Telekom Deutschland.
Meurer worked as head of strategic cooperation at Ewe Tel in Oldenburg and was chief of order and technical service management as well as FTTH project manager at Ewe Tel. He was also in charge of the development of the group in strategic areas, and led projects at board of management level at Ewe AG.
First agreed at the end of 2017, Glasfaser Nordwest will provide high-speed internet connections over FTTH to up to 1.5 million households and companies in northwestern Germany. It will start to expand the network in Vechta, Belm and Cloppenburg, followed by Achim, Bremen, Bremerhaven, Delmenhorst, Emsdetten, Georgsmarienhuette, Oldenburg, Stade and Tostedt.
