
The company could attract interest from companies including Liberty Global, owner of the Netherlands' largest cable company Ziggo, as well as private-equity firms, according to Bloomberg's sources. T-Mobile has exited the consumer fixed market in the Netherlands and focuses on mobile services only. It was the smallest of the country's mobile operators, until the recent entry of Tele2 as the fourth network operator.
Deutsche Telekom is working with Credit Suisse on the sale process, which is at a preliminary stage. No final decision has been made and Deutsche Telekom could still decide against a sale, the sources said. Deutsche Telekom declined to comment.
