Deutsche Telekom to sell stake in towers subsidiary - report
Deutsche Telekom is planning to sell a 49 percent stake in its infrastructure arm Deutsche Funkturm, reports Wiwo.de. While a formal prospectus has not been issued yet, the company has already received interest from German and foreign investors and it aims to complete the sale by the end of the year, the report said. The company declined to comment.

Based in Munster, Deutsche Funkturm manages the company's network over 27,000 mobile tower radio sites in Germany. Telekom estimates the company could be worth up to EUR 5 billion.
