
Dropbox has priced its initial public offering of shares to USD 21 per share. This is another increase for the price, which was recently lifted to USD 18-20 per share from USD 16-18, following strong demand. Gross proceeds are now estimated at USD 756 million, without the greenshoe.
The company and its shareholders will be selling 36 million shares to the public, with a greenshoe of up to 5.4 million more. The shares will started trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on 23 March. The offering is expected to close on 27 March.
