The Galaxy Tab 10.1 can still be sold in the Netherlands, with a decision from a Dutch court awaited for 15 September. Should the judge decide to ban the Galaxay Tab 10.1, the ruling is not expected to go into effect before 13 October, Webwereld reported. Apple demanded an import ban on Samsung tablets and parties went before a court in The Hague to discuss patent issues. A German court in Dusselldorf has barred Samsung from selling its Galaxy Tab 10.1 in all EU countries except the Netherlands, under threat of a EUR 250,000 fine or two years imprisonment for every violation. Samsung said it will appeal the decision.
