Facebook no longer in talks to acquire Waze - report
Facebook is no longer in talks to acquire social mapping and navigation company Waze, reports AllThingsD citing unnamed sources familiar with the matter. The sources said that talks have collapsed in recent days, due in part to a dispute about whether or not the Israel-based Waze team would transfer to the US and join Facebook's headquarters in Menlo Park, California.
