
The two-device system consists of a Freebox mini 4K server and a player. The Freebox Mini 4K supports ADSL2+, VDSL2 and FttH connectivity and its Bluetooth-based intelligent remote control can recognise voice commands.
Free is supplying the Freebox mini 4K instead of the Freebox Crystal to new customers in fibre and unbundled copper areas. The bundle includes unlimited calls in France and to 100 destinations, access to Google apps including YouTube, and 200 channels, of which nearly 50 in HD. It also features a built-in femtocell for Free Mobile users. Existing subscribers to the Freebox Revolution service pay a supplement of EUR 1.99 to use the Freebox Mini 4K.
