Federal Trade Commission (FTC) investigators in the US is distributing an internal draft memo that recommends suing Google for abusing its dominant position of the internet search market, reports Bloomberg citing unnamed sources familiar with the matter. The memo has been circulated to the FTC's five commissioners, who will decide whether to proceed with legal action against the company, two of the sources said. Other sources indicated that the FTC was also considering a second lawsuit against Google for the misuse of patent protections to block the smartphones of rivals from coming to market.
