Google in talks to buy Songza - report
Google is in talks to acquired US-based music curation and streaming service Songza, reports the New York Post citing two unnamed sources. Songza has 5.5 million active users and competes with Spotify and Pandora. One source said that Google was offering around USD 15 million, with another saying the figure was much higher and that Google would have to beat off interest from other suitors.

Google is planning to launch a new health service to collect and aggregate data from fitness trackers and health-related apps, reports Forbes Magazine citing multiple unnamed sources familiar with the plans. The new Google Fit service will be launched in June at the Google I/O developers' conference, and would directly compete with Apple's new HealthKit service. Sources indicated that Google Fit would enable an interface between a wearable device and Google's cloud-based services.
