HTC introduces One Series smartphones
HTC has introduced its HTC One Series at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. The HTC One X smartphone is powered by a 1.5 GHz quad-core processor and the Nvidia Tegra 3 mobile processor and features a 4.7-inch, 720p HD screen. The One X will also be available in selected LTE markets with an LTE-enabled Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor with up to 1.5 GHz dual-core CPUs. Meanwhile, the One S is HTC's thinnest phone at 7.9mm thick and is equipped with a dual-core 1.5 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor and has a 4.3-inch screen with 3-D glass that is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass. The HTC One V is designed to deliver a premium audio and image experience and has a 3.7-inch screen optimised for wider viewing angles and reduced reflections. All three phones integrate Android 4.0 with the new user interface HTC Sense 4 and Beats Audio. The handsets will be widely available across over 140 operators worldwide from Q2. AT&T announced it will have the exclusive on the LTE version of the One X in the US, and will also start carrying Beats by Dr Dre accessories from HTC. T-Mobile USA will have the exclusive launch of the HTC One S, available this spring.
