Huawei has unveiled in Munich a new range in its Mate series of high-performance smartphones. The new Mate 10 and Mate 10 Pro are the first to run its Kirin 970 processor with artificial intelligence features.
In addition to the neural network processing unit, the phones feature a 3D glass body with "barely-there" bezel, Huawei FullView Display and HDR10, and 4,000 mAh battery with fast charging. Huawei also continues its partnership with Leica, offering a dual-lens camera with both lenses featuring an aperture of f/1.6. The phones will come with Android 8.0 and Huawei's upgraded EMUI 8.0 user interface.
The Mate 10 with 64 GB storage, 4 GB RAM and 5.9-inch display will be available from late October for EUR 699. The Mate 10 Pro with 128 GB storage, 6 GB memory and 6.0-inch display will cost EUR 799 and launch from mid-November.
