Huawei is working on a smartphone with a foldable screen which could be ready within a year. In an interview with German newspaper 'Die Welt', Richard Wu, president of the Chinese company's consumer operations, said that Huawei was also working to integrate more artificial intelligence (AI) technology with its smartphones, powered by its next-generation processor.
Yu declined to comment on the ongoing trade war between China and the US, insisting that Huawei was focusing on its business and was not really affected as it was hardly represented in the US market.
