Jio ends Summer Surprise offer, intros All Unlimited plans

Indian mobile operator Reliance Jio Infocomm (Jio) has announced that the Jio Summer Surprise offer has been fully withdrawn, following the decision of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI). Jio has also announced introduced new ‘All Unlimited’ plans with special benefits, exclusively for its Jio Prime members.

The new plans are available for a starting price of INR 309 for the All Unlimited Plan, which provides unlimited SMS, calling and data  up to 1GB per day at 4G speed for 3 months on the first recharge. Customers can also opt for the INR 509 All Unlimited Plan, which includes unlimited SMS, voice calls and data at up to 2GB per day at 4G speed for 3 months on the first recharge.

Customers who were unable to subscribe to Jio Prime can continue to do so by paying INR 408 or INR 608 (Jio Prime + recharge price) to avail these benefits. Existing Jio customers who have not made their first recharge should top up by 15 April to avoid degradation and/or discontinuation of services.
