KPN has introduced a new multiplay subscription formula for telephone, internet and entertainment services: KPN Hussel . In addition to fixed and mobile telephony, internet and TV, people can also get OTT and streaming services such as Spotify, Netflix, Apple TV+ (from November 1) and Disney+.
KPN said Hussel will let people and small businesses set up their own subscription, based on need. In addition to overview and flexibility, the subscription form will also provide discounts for those taking purchasing multiple services.
OTT and streaming services
With KPN Hussel in one subscription, customers can not only manage internet and telephony for home and on their mobile, but also TV, films, series and music from providers such as Netflix and Spotify.
Customers can order services separately or together and if they purchase several services, they will receive a discount. They can adjust their package every month and even choose the internet speed that suits their situation.
KPN Hussel also offers some new services:
- Unlimited data for mobile is available in combination with a KPN Home subscription;
- Kids Sim is a separate subscription for children with unlimited calling and texting and 1 GB of data; and
- Tech Desk, an extra and paid service that helps customers connect all kinds of products to the internet.
In addition to the new services, KPN Hussel will let users share MBs, provides free on-net calls and gives discounts on the combination of mobile and home services.
Also for small business customers
KPN Hussel is also available within KPN Small-Business. Here also, the deal will let entrepreneurs put together a combined offer from all of KPN’s services, so that the package can meet the company’s specific needs.
Finally, Hussel will provide entrepreneurs, as before, with a 24/7 business help desk, business voicemail, device replacement service and free installation with Wi-Fi check.
