KPN has fixed and mobile networks, expertise in the field of connectivity and a large number of customers in the healthcare sector. And with its TV channels and digital platforms, RTL has the marketing power and reach among consumers to bring e-health applications to the attention of a wide audience. The companies will together look for suitable initiatives, ones where their expertise can come into play and create differentiated services. Both are also free to invest in individual e-health initiatives.
