Netflix has announced that its Android app has been updated with 'Post-Play' functionality. The Post-Play feature automatically pre-buffers content and, in the case of TV shows, lines up the next episode in the season. In the case of movies, it offers three recommendations that viewers might want to try next. Netflix has rolled out the feature on Android phones and tablets after it was well received on other platforms, including the PS3. Users will require Android 4.0 or higher and the update is already available from the Google Play Store. Netflix also promised that it will bring Post-Play functionality to Chromecast users soon.
