Nokia Siemens sells IPTV assets to Accenture
Accenture has acquired the software and skills of Nokia Siemens Networks' IPTV activities. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The software, assets and capabilities will be integrated with the Accenture Video Solution, a software product and suite of services that enables companies to launch new over-the-top services across a range of devices. A total 17 employees are joining Accenture from Nokia Siemens Networks. The transaction does not include the Nokia Siemens Networks' Belgacom-related IPTV assets and selected smaller IPTV customers.
