Nokia will reopen the tender offer for Alcatel-Lucent shares under the same terms in an effort to obtain at least 95 percent of the company. After that it can proceed with a squeeze-out of minority shareholders and delist Alcatel-Lucent shares. Any outstanding Oceane debt may also be redeemed early.
