Nokia's Here attracts 4 possible bidders - report
Nokia's Here mapping and navigation division has attracted at least four potential bidders, according to the German publication Manager Magazin. These include Facebook, Uber and a consortium of German carmakers (BMW, Audi, Daimler). Nokia confirmed that Here is up for sale after it announced plans to merge with Alcatel-Lucent. Uber has reportedly already conducted due diligence at Here. The fourth possible bidder is the American private investor Hellman & Friedman, the report said. Here is estimated to have a book value of around EUR 2 billion.

Nokia and Alcatel-Lucent reached an agreement on the terms of their proposed merger.
